Returns
We want you to love your DA Design Universe leather handbag. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Items marked as final sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Shipping

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
